2. What data we process and why
- Contact form: name, email, subject and message, to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quote.
- Contact by email or WhatsApp: the data you provide, for the same purpose. If you use WhatsApp, WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies.
- Browsing: only if you accept it in the cookie banner, usage data (pages visited, device, approximate location) for statistics and campaign measurement.
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with legal effects on you.
3. Legal basis
- Your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) for the contact form and for analytics and marketing cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) when you ask for a quote.
4. Retention
Contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if we work together, for the applicable legal periods. Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not sell or share your data. To provide the service we use providers that process data on the controller's behalf:
- Cloudflare (website hosting and security).
- Supabase and Resend (processing and delivery of contact form messages).
- Yahoo (mailbox where messages are received).
- Cloudinary (image and video delivery; receives the visitor's IP address).
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads), only with your consent.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the US). Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected].
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Minors
This website is not intended for children under 14. If you are under that age, please do not send us personal data.
